i) requires all employees and representatives to comply with all applicable laws
ii) prohibits employees and representatives from offering, paying, or promising to make any payments or gifts (of money or anything of value) directly or indirectly to (a) any government officials or employees for the purpose of influencing, obtaining, or retaining any business, or (b) any other person for any unlawful purpose
iii) requires all employees and representatives to adhere to anti-bribery statutes such as the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, U.K. Bribery Act and other relevant, local anti-bribery laws
